Jay,
I have a friend who is also named Jay and he refers to himself as “Jay-Bird”. I also think it is lame and do not understand it. Let’s do our best to squash that “Bird” suffix.
PS, my newest theory on the munster is that it is “death” in a form. You know when people almost die they see their lives flash before their eyes? Maybe it is the same type of thing. Eko saw those moments from his life flash before his eyes, but then why didn’t the (death) munster kill him? I don’t know, I’m just hypothesizing and it’s monday morning. I’m out.

i watched season one, and it looks like Terry O’Quinn looks like he has actually los weight, and it seems he has less hair,now.

Jack was talking about adding music to the end of the listener theory week. you should play that music from Reading Rainbow that plays after a kid says “but you dont have to take my word ofr it”

I think we need to have more girls in the Lost podcasting world.

The Jay-Bird thing is short for Jailbird (as in J-bird).
I would just like to also point out that Ferris Bueller is genius. And Italian women are pretty much all hot.

i catch any and all tenacious d references, but i miss everything else. i usually listen to the podcast while working out and i cant pay attention. i am concentrating on doing my push-up.

I still like Sawyer better than Locke/Anna Lucia/Jack etc…
He seems to still be a “decent” guy, even with the guns.
