Loved the songs guy’s……you’re both sooooooo talented……..and you put a smile on my face. Keep up the good work.
My husband doesn’t even watch the show but he loves the songs and really injoyed the vid-cast.

In Lost, Mr. Friendly is named Zeke.

I loved hearing a recap of all your great songs, it is cool to have them all together in 1 place! Jay you are estremely talanted & come up with some very original ideas & you always manage to put your own funny twist on everything! I love jack’s song too even if the singing isn’t 100% the idea was brilliant & the words fit in very well, I love the way Jay had to sing some of the words himself too ha ha ha. Somewhere over the rainbow is a beautiful song & your rendition is magical!! Keep up the excellent work, it shows you are doing a good job when we can’t get the bloody songs out of our heads…..the five the five aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Jay and Jack, thanks for the most special of “special” episodes! The music’s great, but even better is the fun you have making it. And it was good to hear your rendition of “What a Wonderful World” again. Of all the wonderful things we received when we ended our podcast, that simple song touched us deeply. It still makes us misty-eyed!

Looking forward to more “Lost” inspired originals, and other inspired segments.

Just listening to the last song again and I just figured out what it reminds me of.. a song used in Halo 2.

What is that from, was this used in LOST? The only thing I can think of is maybe this was inspired by the ‘adventure’ or ‘climbing’ theme from the first season.

Its driving me crazy..

Yes Jack, K-tel is the record company that churned out poorly mastered albums with usually only a few hits and the rest of the songs were often B-sides no one had ever heard…but they were cheap.

I am the not so proud owner of several myself. I’m looking at my “Pure Power” album from 1977 with such great hits as Boogie Fever, Hard Luck Woman, Dream Weaver, Dreamboat Annie and She’s Gone just to name a few. Now, when are you ever gonna find such a collection on one piece of vinyl. One day I hope to be the proud owner of K-tel Presents “Jay & Jack Gets Down with Lost”.

Jay, good job with the music! And whoever’s albums those are, they rock sounds like my kind of music.

Way to go guys – somehow I managed to miss the Desmond song – it was great – and I still think your best guitar work Jay – you may disagree – is on your tribute to Ryan and Jen. I have copied that, “Jesus Stick” and “Dharma Peanut Butter” onto my computer at work and play them when I need a pick-me-up.

Hey guys great job you do a great podcast.

I know I may be asking a lot, but is there any way we can get some other songs to the download page? Like Zeke the Friendly Seabilly? Even the title theme, they’re all cool.
