Wow we won!! A 2007 Podcast Award!!! in the Entertainment Category, and it was all because of you guys!! Jack and I thank you so much for being the best family of listeners any podcaster could have. Your support helps make those long nights, after an episode of LOST, making the thursday show, worth every second!
The other category we were nominated for “Best Produced” will be announced at the Podcast and New Media Expo in Ontario California on September 28th. We will have more information when we publish the next Lost Podcast

Most of the mortgage leads are those people who actually are in the loan cycle since their student loan consolidation. This eventually results in bad credit reports. Such people have no idea of using even free business cards, let alone a creditcard. In any case, for credit card applications to process, these prerequisites need to be fulfilled. Leaving such individuals to internet banking is an even bigger disaster.
